Our Teacher Training Programme, offering a Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education, is conducted by the Modern Montessori International (London) Group and is ideal for parents, educators, aspiring teachers, and individuals involved in early childhood development.
This comprehensive course is designed to enhance key skills in parenting, teaching, and community contribution. Trainees gain in-depth knowledge of early childhood development and, upon successful completion, are awarded a prestigious Diploma certified by Modern Montessori International (London).

Our Director
Ayoushman Singh is a strategic leader turned educational visionary, bringing over a decade of experience in consulting, alliances, and business excellence to early childhood education. After leading multi-million-pound initiatives at Grant Thornton and KPMG, he founded Della Junior Pre-School, driven by the belief that a better world begins in the preschool classroom.
With an MBA from Delhi Technological University and an engineering background from BITS Mesra, Ayoushman’s strengths lie in innovation, relationship-building, and people-first transformation. He now applies this expertise to create enriching, child-centred learning environments.
Della Junior is more than a preschool—it’s a carefully designed space for experiential learning, inclusive values, and joyful curiosity.

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, psychological counselling, and Montessori training, Bhawna Sharma is a leading voice in modern Montessori pedagogy. Her work blends academic depth with practical expertise and a heartfelt passion for child-centred education.
Bhawna holds a Master’s in Psychology and is a certified Montessori educator, trained by Modern Montessori International (MMI) India, Gurugram. Her Montessori journey began in 2014, playing a key role in establishing MMI Noida. Since then, she has trained aspiring teachers, empowered professionals and mothers, and mentored learners with a deep focus on child development.
Her career includes curriculum design, child psychology, student support, and EdTech training. She has worked with institutions such as MMI Noida, Extramarks, and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Known for her warm and engaging style, Bhawna integrates psychological insight with authentic Montessori practice.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Spanish, she champions holistic education that honours each child’s individuality and supports educators in nurturing independent, balanced learners.

Modes Of Study
Regular Programme
The regular batches commence in the first week of April and October. We also facilitate modular batches, where one can join the regular course at the beginning of any of the 8 modules.
Duration:
Full Time: 6 months: Classroom training -300 hours.
Practicum Internship -200 hours
Distance Learning Programme
The distance learning batches commence in the first week of January and July and this is conducted only from Gurugram Head Office.
Duration: 9 months and 11 days’ offline workshop
For both modes, Examinations are controlled by MMI London and MMI Singapore and are held in March and September every year.
Objectives of the Programme
The course aims to develop students with a high level of professional competence as teachers of the Montessori Method of Education to guide children aged 2.5 to 6 years.
- A strong foundation in Montessori principles and philosophy, and a basic understanding of child psychology.
- In-depth knowledge of the Montessori curriculum, and appreciation and understanding of the teaching aids developed by Dr Maria Montessori.
- Knowledge of the Montessori environment and the role of a Montessori directress/director.
